How do I register for the conference?

What does conference registration include?
Access to the scientific sessions, documentation and identification of the conference, certificate of participation, book of proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and the conference gala dinner.

*What are the conditions for registering as a student?
The above registration fee for students is only valid for bachelor’s and master’s degree students from CMM member institutions. When registering as a student, you must provide proof of registration. The price does not include participation in the gala dinner.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation of any registration must be made by email, addressed to CMM. Any refunds will only be issued 15 days after the conference.
For any cancellation requests, please note that:
- Cancellations communicated between 25/09/2027 and 24/10/2027 are subject to a fee of €100.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations of registrations made after 25/10/2027.
Will there be simultaneous translation?
Yes, the event will have simultaneous translation in the plenary sessions.

What forms of payment are accepted?
You can pay for your registration through PayPal (by credit card or through your PayPal account) or by bank transfer.

When will the gala dinner take place?
The gala dinner for congress attendees and companions will take place on November 20th at the Palácio da Bolsa.
Can I bring a companion?
Access to the conference is exclusive to registrants. Accompanying persons may attend the social program for a fee. More information will be available soon.
How can I become a sponsor?
If you are interested in being a sponsor of the Congress, you can consult the general information here.
What are the payment terms for a sponsorship?
For sponsorships awarded in 2026: 50% to be paid within 30 days after award, and the remaining 50% in December 2026.
For sponsorships awarded in 2027: 100% payment is required at the time of award.
What is the sponsorship cancellation policy?
The cancellation of any sponsorship must be made by email, addressed to CMM. Any refunds will only be issued 15 days after the conference.
For any cancellation requests, please note that:
- Cancellation requests made up to 30/04/2027 – refund subject to a 25% retention fee;
- Cancellation requests made between 01/05/2027 and 31/08/2027 – refund subject to a 50% retention fee;
- Cancellation requests made from 01/09/2027 onwards – no refund.
